Infrastructure Background:

• Key evangelist in selling, establishing, evolving and maturing the Shared-Services Model at Scholastic, where I was the VP of Infrastructure for 10 years. 
• Spent 9 years with ADP Brokerage Services, serving thousands of Wall St. Brokerage firms through ADP's software systems. ADP processed 25% of the NYSE traffic.  I evolved and managed the infrastructure for that environment as well. 
• Designed and implemented a new business-driven WAN / LAN infrastructure & server farm for Equitable’s Agency network in order to support the new Agent’s Workstation (5000).
• Employing an Agile Computing Methodology, Consolidated and Virtualized SQL, App, Web servers to Blades / VMWare.  Achieving greater than a 20:1 compression of footprint and a centralized consolidation platform for all Windows SQL servers. >$1mm savings

Extensive leadership experience in network operations, data center management, infrastructure management, and project implementation. As a Change Agent, I have provided technology Vision, Strategy, & Leadership in support of Transformation.  Experienced with many warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, supply chain, financial and Customer Order systems and business processes - Insurance, Brokerage, Publishing & Information Services Sectors.
